Anton Balasingham Stanislaus (March 4, 1938 – December 14, 2006) was a journalist, theoretician, chief negotiator, political advisor, and strategist of the LTTE. Revered by the Tamil nation as “Bala Anna” and “Uncle,” he played a central role in the Tamil struggle.
