Day 6: Cyclerally Reaches Bastogne, Belgium

On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, the sixth day of the international campaign for justice for the Tamils, the Cyclerally departed from Namur and arrived in Bastogne, Belgium. The day began with a solemn moment of reflection, honoring the lives lost during the Tamil genocide.

Since its start on August 29, 2024, in Wallington Green, United Kingdom, the rally has been an unwavering call for an independent investigation into the Tamil genocide and the establishment of an independent Tamil Eelam. Bastogne, a city known for its historical significance and resilience, became the latest stop on this determined march toward justice.

As the Cyclerally continues, the goal becomes ever clearer: the final gathering on September 16, 2024, at the UN Secretariat, where the Tamil community’s united plea for justice and freedom will be presented to the world.
