On October 5 and 6, 2024, the International Tamil Youth Organisation will host a two-day workshop in Germany, specifically designed for Tamil youth. The primary focus of this workshop is to develop career-boosting soft skills such as leadership, resilience, and self-care, which are essential for personal and professional growth.
In addition, we will explore our history and the future of Tamileelam through interactive sessions and group discussions. Our goal is to inspire, connect, and empower participants, helping them grow in their careers while contributing to the community.
